We stay small on purpose. Not because we couldn't grow, but because growth that dilutes craft isn't growth we want. Everyone here works directly on the thing that ships — not a summary of it, not a slide about it.
That means you'll sit close to client conversations, design decisions, and the actual code or copy that goes live. There's no junior-tier of busywork waiting for you while someone more senior does the interesting part. If you're good enough to be here, you're good enough to own real things from day one.
We'd rather hire one person who genuinely cares than three who are simply available. So the process is slower than most, and the bar is higher than most — but what's on the other side is real ownership, not a seat in a larger machine.
No anonymous contribution to a faceless deliverable. If you designed it or built it, that's known — internally and, where it makes sense, to the client too.
We turn down work that doesn't fit, and the people doing the work get a real voice in that decision. Nobody here is handed a brief they have no stake in shaping.
We care whether the work is good and whether it shipped on time — not whether you were at a desk at 9am. Remote-friendly, async by default, with overlap hours kept deliberately short.
Because the team stays focused, you're not spread across five disciplines at once. You go deep on the thing you're actually best at — and we'll back the time it takes to get better at it.
We didn't write a culture document and then try to live up to it. These are just things that kept happening, often enough that they became how we work.
We take on what we can actually finish well. That one decision removes most of the reasons studios end up working weekends.
If something's not working, you hear it the same week, directly from the person who noticed. Nothing festers in a private doc.
Half the time it goes nowhere. The other half, it quietly becomes how we do something for the next two years.
That's not a slogan — it's the actual filter a piece of work has to pass before it goes out the door, every time.
We'd rather find out than miss it.
